The most obvious is the blog address. I've done this a few times and I know it's a pain in the rear for those of you following me. For that, I'm sorry. The only explanation I'll give aside from my ADHD is that my reasons are personal. I would love to tell you that this will be the last time it happens but I'm pretty sure I've said that before and done it again anyway. I hope I won't feel the need to change it again but no promises.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another change you might have noticed is my goal weight. Last week it was 160 and today it's posted as 175. The reason for this is I am big-boned and large of chest. While some of that may diminish with weight loss, I highly doubt I will lose all of it. For now, 175 is a more realistic goal for me until I get there and see what my body is doing. I personally think my own healthy weight will be around 150ish but I haven't weighed that little in years so we'll just have to see.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A 1.2 gain this week, okay. Not the greatest thought but I didn't stick to any kind of real diet this week. A lot of things are just settling down between Peter's new job and the new schedule it brings, plus work and juggling getting his truck road-worthy so he can have transportation to and from his new job. I went from 317 down to 283 and fit into size 26 jeans. I completed a 5k for the first time ever, with a time of 65:56. I quit smoking for 2 months, which is where I gained the weight back. I was motivated and focused, energetic and happy. I'm getting that all back this year and hanging onto it until my last breath.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My name is Misty and, starting today, I follow the South Beach Diet. For too long I have justified not sticking to a healthier eating plan and it stops here. I have beaten and abused my body with junk food for many years, and for the last 3 years it's been hitting back.
